Customer Services Director
Kirsty joined the Clyde Valley Group in February 2018 with responsibility for Customer Service across the organisation. This includes housing management, mid-market rent, factoring, internal audit, customer engagement and customer satisfaction. She also has responsibility for PR, marketing and communications, and corporate social responsibility.
Having worked previously at two housing associations in different parts of Scotland, Kirsty worked most recently as a Head of Customer Services. She also worked at City of Edinburgh Council for a number of years, where she latterly had responsibility for Community Safety across the city.
Kirsty has an Honours degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a co-optee on the Management Committee at Shettleston Housing Association.
