HR & Corporate Services Manager

I joined the Association in December 2018 to manage the HR and Corporate Services function.  I am a highly qualified and experienced HR/Organisational Development professional with a housing management background and many years of experience gained across a range of sectors including HR/OD consultancy.  I am passionate about positively supporting people at CVG to make the very best contribution possible to ensuring that we deliver a consistently high quality service to our customers.

My role is to ensure that we help people to achieve their potential, deliver the best possible experience for all prospective and existing employees; making us an employer of choice.  I am also responsible for ensuring that CVG achieve the highest standards of governance, performance, compliance and accountability in our procedures, practices and we provide the services that underpin the needs of our teams working across our communities.

As an individual who is always interested in people, I am excited to be part of CVG to continue to develop our strong culture where people are at the heart of everything we do.
